Samples.
Many of Accu’s standard components have no minimum order quantity, so individual pieces and sample quantities can be purchased for prototyping, small-scale production or evaluation directly through individual product pages.
Ordering Samples.
Q: Can I order sample quantities from Accu?
A: Most components can be purchased individually or in small sample quantities with no minimum order quantity. As a result, we do not offer samples or free components for evaluation. For product reference, we offer free CAD files of all components on their individual product pages, downloadable when logged into your Accu account.

Q: Can I order samples of custom-manufactured components?
A: Not currently. Due to the large volume of orders and complexity of individual projects, we do not currently offer samples on custom-manufactured fasteners and components.
Minimum Order Quantities.
Q: Why do some components have a minimum order quantity?
A: Components that are out of stock, held in warehouse stock or which are custom manufactured may carry a minimum order quantity because they are produced or procured in set batch sizes. ‘Express Stock’ components do not have this restriction and can be ordered in any quantity, including single pieces.
Q: Can I order less than the minimum order quantity?
A: Minimum order quantities cannot be bypassed for components that are not in ‘Express Stock’. If a component requires a minimum order, this applies to all orders. Check the product page and if the item is listed in ‘Express Stock’, it can be purchased in any quantity down to a single piece.
