What are Flanged Hexagon Bolts?

Flanged Hexagon Bolts are fully threaded, and feature an integrated circular flange for enhanced load distribution, which can negate the need to use a Washer. Flanged Hex Bolts are designed for use alongside Accu’s Hexagon Nuts ranges. Serrated Flanged Hexagon Bolts can also be purchased from Accu for applications where improved grip and resistance to vibration are required.

Flanged Hexagon Bolts are available in A2 and A4 Stainless Steel as standard, but can also be manufactured from the engineering thermoplastic PEEK. Additional features such as Thread Locking Patches and Chemical Blackening are also available for Accu's Stainless Steel Bolts. Metric Sizes.

Flanged Hexagon Bolts are available in metric sizes as standard, and are manufactured according to DIN 6921. This type of bolt is available in diameters ranging from M5 to M10, and lengths of between 8mm and 100mm. Flange diameters range from 11.80mm up to 22.30mm, with non-standard sizes also available on request.
