Socket Countersunk Head Screws feature a countersunk head type, which allows them to sit flush with their target housing. Countersunk screws are designed to be used alongside pre-drilled countersunk recesses. The socket head of these components makes them ideal for use alongside AccuGroup’s Hexagon Drive Bits. AccuGroup’s Socket Drive Countersunk Screws are precision rolled to achieve a general tolerances of ±0.13mm.
These fasteners can be manufactured from a range of materials, including A2 and A4 Stainless Steel, Titanium, Aluminium, Brass, Phosphor Bronze and PEEK. Chemical Blackening, Thread Locking Patches, and various other finishes are also available on request.
For applications requiring a tamper-proof drive, this component is also available in a security variant, which can be found in AccuGroup's Security Socket Countersunk Screws range.
