What are Phillips Countersunk Captive Screws?

Phillips Countersunk Captive Screws are designed as self-retaining fasteners when used alongside Captive Washers. These fasteners feature a common Phillips drive, making them fully compatible with Accu's range of Phillips Drive Bits and Phillips Screwdrivers. Captive fasteners are commonly used for safety reasons, and are now required by EU law in certain pieces of safety equipment.
