What are Self Tapping Hexagon Bolts?

Self Tapping Hexagon Bolts are designed to create their own threads within a pre-drilled pilot hole. Self-Tapping Hex Bolts are intended to provide a robust fastening solution, and are easily installed with a spanner or wrench.

Materials.

Self Tapping Hexagon Bolts are manufactured from A2 Stainless Steel as standard. Accu's Chemical Blackening can also be applied on request to all Stainless Steel Bolts.

Imperial Self Tapping Hexagon Bolts.

Imperial Self-Tapping Bolts within this range are available in imperial thread sizes of between No. 2 and No. 16, and lengths from 3/8 inch up to 5 inch. Metric Equivalent sizings are listed in mm for both Thread Size and Nominal Length dimensions.
