Metric Countersunk Washers are designed as an alternate method of preparing a flat surface for use with countersunk screws. Countersunk Washers are primarily used for aesthetic reasons, or to allow Countersunk Screws to be used with flat surfaces. These components are machined into a solid shape with a flat base, which also enhances the load-bearing capabilities of a countersunk fastener.

Countersunk Washer Materials

These components can be manufactured from AccuScrews’ full range of materials, including Aluminium, Brass, Phosphor Bronze and PEEK Thermoplastic. Chemical Matte Black Coatings can also be applied to all Stainless Steel components.

Metric Countersunk Washers

Countersunk Washers are available in metric sizes of between M3 and M10. Non-standard sizes can also be custom manufactured on customer request. Countersunk Washers are manufactured with a 90 degree countersink as standard.
