Accu’s Metric Raised Phillips Countersunk Screws are designed to be used alongside our Phillips Head Screwdrivers and Phillips Head Drive Bits. The countersunk head of these components allows them to sit flush with the target housing, and the raised head gives an aesthetically pleasing appearance when installed.
In addition to Stainless Steel, Raised Phillips Countersunk Screws are available in a variety of materials, including Aluminium, Brass, Phosphor Bronze and PEEK. Additional coatings and finishes are available, including Chemical Blackening and Thread Locking Patches.
Metric
Metric Raised Phillips Countersunk Screws are manufactured according to DIN standard 965H. Thread sizes of between M2 and M10 are available, and lengths range from 3.00mm to 100.00mm as standard.
Imperial
Imperial Raised Phillips Countersunk Screws are compliant with ANSI B18.6.3. Diameters of between No. 2 and ¼ inch, and lengths from 3/16 inch up to 2.1/2 inch are available as standard. Non-standard dimensions can be manufactured on request.
