Pozi Countersunk Polyfix 45 Screws (sometimes called Polyfix 45's) are designed for use with plastic housings. Polyfix 45 Screws feature a specialised 45 degree thread profile, which is capable of tapping its own threads into plastics. The 45 degree thread angle of this component makes it suitable for use in medium-density plastics. For a sharper thread for use in softer plastics, a Polyfix 30 variant of this screw may be more suitable.

The countersunk head of these components allows them to sit flush with the target housing, and their Pozi drive makes them suitable for use with Accu’s selection of Pozi Drive Bits and Pozi Screwdrivers.
