Torx Countersunk Screws feature a hexalobular Torx drive, also known as Star and 6lobe, which prevents cam-out, even under high-torque operation. Torx screws are commonly used for their ability to effectively transmit torque.

Countersunk screws, sometimes denoted by the abbreviation 'CSK', feature an angled countersunk head, which is designed to fit within a countersink. Countersunk screws are designed for use alongside pre-drilled countersunk holes, and are designed to sit flush with the target housing. ‘Countersunk’ is commonly abbreviated to ‘CSK’ in many part numbers and product descriptions.

Materials

Torx Countersunk Screws are available in a number of materials, including Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Brass, Phosphor Bronze and PEEK. Chemical Blackening and Thread Locking Patches are also available on all Stainless Steel components within this range. Accu’s Torx Countersunk Screws are precision rolled to achieve extremely high accuracy, and can be manufactured to a tolerance of ±0.13mm.

Security Torx Countersunk Screws

Torx Countersunk Screws are also available with a tamper-proof security pin drive. The security variant of this product can be found in Accu's Security Torx Countersunk Screws range.

Metric Torx Countersunk Screws

Accu's Metric Hexalobular Countersunk Screws are manufactured to DIN standard 965. These components are available in thread sizes from M1.6 to M10, and lengths of between 2mm and 150mm.

Imperial Torx Countersunk Screws

Imperial Hexalobular Countersunk Screws are available in thread sizes from #4 to ¼ inch, and are available in lengths from ¼ inch up to ¾ inch.
