Smaller and Larger Screw Head Sizes

Large Slotted Pan Head Screws are available, with an increased head diameter for greater load distribution. Likewise, Reduced Slotted Pan Head Screws are also available for applications where space is more limiting and a reduced head diameter is a necessity.

Slotted Pan Head Screw Materials

In addition to A2 and A4 Stainless Steel, our Pan Head Screws can be manufactured in a variety of materials, including , and PEEK. Additional features such as Chemical Blackening and Thread Locking Patches can also be selected. For alternative material types such as Aluminium and Titanium, please get in touch.

Metric Screw Sizes

Metric Slotted Pan Head Screws are manufactured in accordance with DIN 85. The slotted pan head screw dimensions include thread diameters of between M2 and M10, and thread lengths of between 3mm and 100mm are available as standard.

Imperial Screw Sizes

Imperial Slotted Pan Head Screws comply with ANSI B18.6.3. The slotted pan head screw dimensions include thread sizes ranging from No. 0 up to 3/8 inch, and lengths of between 1/8 inch and 6 inch are available as standard.
