Thin Thumb Screws feature a knurled cylindrical head, and are designed to be easily adjusted by hand. The increased head diameter of a Thumb Screw allows these fasteners to be adjusted to a precise tightness by hand. 

DIN 465 Thumb Screws are also available with an unthreaded section below the head for captivation. The captive variant is available through our custom manufacture service.

Materials

Components within this range are available in a number of specialist materials, including A1, A2 and A4 Stainless Steel, Brass, Phosphor Bronze, Nylon and PEEK. Additional features such as Chemical Blackening and Thread Locking Patches can also be applied to these products.

Metric Thumb Screws

Slotted Thumb Screws are manufactured according to DIN 465, and are available in metric diameters of between M3 and M4, and in lengths from 6.00mm up to 20.00mm. Additional sizes can be custom manufactured on request.
