Serrated Flanged Nuts are often suitable as an alternative to using a Hexagon Nut with an Anti-Vibration Washer, streamlining the number of parts in an assembly and helping to keep this a low cost solution to self loosening.

Materials

Imperial Serrated Flange Hex Nuts are available in A2 and A4 Stainless Steel as standard and can also be finished with Accu’s specialist PX-3 Chemical Matte Black coating.

Flanged Head Nuts in this range are available in imperial thread sizes from No. 6 to ½”, and Flange Diameters from 0.422 inch up to 1.031 inch.

Metric Sizes

Metric Serrated Flange Nuts are also available to the DIN 6923 standard, in metric diameters from M3 to M16.
