The tight tolerance of this component makes it ideal for use in high-precision sliding or rotating mechanisms. AccuScrews also offer a range of Cost Effective Slotted Shoulder Screws, which are manufactured to the same high standards as pour standard Shoulder Screw ranges.

AccuScrews’ Slotted Shoulder Screws are also fitted with a widely-used slotted head type, making them ideal for use alongside AccuScrews’ Slotted Drive Bits and Insulated Screwdrivers.


These components can be manufactured from both A2 and A4 (Marine Grade) Stainless Steel. Additional features such as Thread Locking Patches and PX-3 Chemical Black Coatings can also be applied.

Metric Slotted Shoulder Screws

Metric Slotted Shoulder Screws within our range are produced in thread sizes ranging from M3 to M10, shoulder diameters of 4.00mm to 12.00mm, and are available with shoulder lengths from 4.00mm up to 30.00mm.

Imperial Slotted Shoulder Screws

Slotted Shoulder Screws are available in imperial thread sizes from No. 4 up to 3/8 inch, with shoulder lengths of between 1/8 inch and 1.1/2 inch, and shoulder diameters from 1/8 inch up to ½ inch.
