My estimated delivery date has changed, what can I do?

If your order was raised on a pro forma invoice (meaning payment is required up before your order can be processed), your estimated delivery date may have been pushed back if this was not paid on the same day the order was raised. This is because estimated delivery dates are based on immediate payment processing of an invoice.

Alternatively, this may be as a result of a delay in stock availability, in which case a member of our team will contact you to advise and see what we can do to help.
