I've received the wrong components, what should I do?

If you believe that the components received do not match the Accu Product Code(s) or description(s) referenced on your order documentation, please Contact Our Team so that we can help to resolve this issue with you as quickly as possible.

When reporting order discrepancies, please provide your Accu order reference or invoice number and ensure you know the email address used to place the order.
