My delivery hasn’t arrived yet, what should I do?

If our delivery partners are advising your delivery is delayed, or if your order is missing, please contact our team as soon as possible so that we can help to locate your parcel with our delivery partners.

If your parcel has gone missing, or cannot be located by our delivery partners, we will be able to help with a replacement order. Please note that there may be a manufacturing/ procurement delay in processing replacement orders, depending on stock availability.
