AccuGroup Order Statuses Explained

From initial order creation and payment processing, to dispatch and delivery, an AccuGroup order goes through several important processes before arriving safely at its destination. The progress of your order, and the status which is currently applied to it, can be found using our online order tracker.

There are many different order statuses for our different order types and delivery methods. The table below can be used for a more detailed explanation of each status:

Awaiting Cheque PaymentWe have your order, but we are awaiting payment before we can manufacture or ship your goods. Cheque payments may take several days to clear.
Payment ProcessedYour payment has been processed.
Processing / ManufactureYour order is currently being manufactured. Please see your predicted dispatch date for a lead-time estimate.
Order Complete – ShippedYour order has been dispatched.
DeliveredYour order has been delivered, thank you for choosing AccuGroup!
CancelledYour order has been cancelled. If you were not expecting a cancellation, we may just be making changes to your order. Please feel free to contact us for more details.
RefundYour order has been cancelled and a full refund has been issued.
Payment ErrorThere has been an error with your chosen payment method, please contact us by telephone to arrange payment.
Started Processing / ManufactureYour order is currently being manufactured. Please see your predicted dispatch date for a lead-time estimate.
Awaiting Bank Wire PaymentWe have your order, but we are awaiting payment before we can manufacture or ship your goods. Bank wire payments may take several days to appear on our system.
Awaiting PayPal PaymentWe have your order, but we are awaiting payment before we can manufacture or ship your goods.
Awaiting Payment Before Processing / ManufactureWe have your order, but we are awaiting payment before we can manufacture or ship your goods.
Added To Credit AccountYour order has been added to your credit account and manufacture/shipping will begin shortly. To see your credit account order history, please visit your ‘account summary’.
PayPal Payment AcceptedYour payment has been processed.
Awaiting Amazon PaymentWe have your order, but we are awaiting payment before we can manufacture or ship your goods.
Awaiting Credit Card PaymentWe have your order, but we are awaiting payment before we can manufacture or ship your goods. Please contact us by telephone to arrange payment.
Awaiting Customer CollectionYour order has been picked and is ready for collection at our Huddersfield depot. An email containing our address details has been automatically sent to your email address.
Awaiting Ex-Works BookingYour order has been picked and is ready for collection by your courier. An email containing our address details has been sent to your email address.
Temporary Quarantine - Stock ExceptionWe’re very sorry - we have detected a problem with your items which may cause delays. We have placed your order into quarantine while the issue is resolved. Our team is aware of the delay and we are working to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
Partial Order ShippedYour order has been partially shipped as discussed with our team. The remainder of your order will follow shortly.
Order Ready For PickingYour order is going through quality control, and will be picked and dispatched shortly.
Sales Order RaisedWe have your order, but we are awaiting payment before we can manufacture or ship your goods.
Out For DeliveryYour order has been dispatched and is currently out for delivery. Tracking information has been sent to your email address.
At Delivery LocationYour order has been dispatched and is currently at our courier’s sorting depot.
Booked/Awaiting CollectionYour ex-works delivery has been booked onto the courier of your choice, and is currently awaiting collection.
CollectedYour order has been collected from our depot, thank you for choosing AccuGroup!
DelayedYour order has been delayed in transit. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
Delivery AttemptedYour order has not been successfully delivered. Please feel free to contact us for more information.

Quotation RaisedA quotation has been raised based on your requirements.
Quotation AcceptedYour quotation has been accepted and will now be converted into an order.
Quotation RejectedYour quotation has not been accepted. Please let us know how we can improve our offer.
Follow UpA quotation follow-up email has been sent. Your feedback is greatly appreciated.
Ex-Works Details Invalid - Requested From CustomerThere has been an error with the ex-works courier details provided. Please contact us for more information.
Ex-Works Details Not Received - Order HeldYour order has been picked and is ready for collection by your courier. An email containing our address details has been sent to your email address.
Quotation ExpiredYour quotation has not been accepted. Please let us know how we can improve our offer.
