AccuScrews’ Torx Pan Head Screws feature a hexalobular Torx drive, also known as 6lobe, which is designed to resist cam-out during high-torque applications. Pan head screws feature a wide, rounded, aesthetically pleasing head shape, which is free from sharp or pointed edges.
Torx Pan Head Screws can be manufactured from a wide range of materials, including Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Brass, Phosphor Bronze and PEEK. Additional features such as Chemical Blackening and Thread Locking Patches are also available.
Metric Torx Pan Head Screws are available in thread sizes ranging from M1.6 up to M8, and lengths of between 2.00mm and 100.00mm. All components within this range are manufactured according to DIN standard 7985.
Imperial Torx Pan Head Screws are available in thread sizes ranging from No. 4 up to 3/8 inch. Lengths of between ¼ inch and 1.1/2 inch are also available as standard.
