Metric Cheese Head Screws are part of Accu's range of Precison Screws and are designed with a raised, round head. The height of the Cheese Head is equal to approximately half the head diameter. This type of screw is similar in aesthetic to a Slotted Pan Head Machine Screw, as both of these engineering components feature a slotted head type.
Cheese Head Fastener Materials
Cheese Head Screws are available in a wide variety of materials, including A2 and A4 Stainless Steel, Brass, Polypropylene, PVDF, PEEK and Nylon. Thread Locking Patches and Chemical Blackening are also available on all Stainless Steel components.
Metric Cheese Head Screws
The Stainless Steel Cheese Head range includes M1 to M10 Screws, and lengths of between 2mm up to 100mm as standard. Larger metric thread sizes, such as M12 and M16 screws, are only available in Nylon. For non-standard dimensions, including Imperial Sizes and alternative Cheese Head Screw materials, please contact the team.
