Metric C45 Carbon Steel Trapezoidal Leadscrews are specially designed to provide highly precise linear actuation. The trapezoidal tooth profile of these Leadscrews provides enhanced tooth strength, and gives them superior load-bearing capabilities.

This range of Leadscrews is fully compatible with Accu's range of Trapezoidal lead Screw Nuts.

Trapezoidal Leadscrew Metric Sizes

C45 Leadscrews in this range are available in metric lengths from 200mm up to 1000mm, and diameters of between 10mm and 95mm. C45 Trapezoidal Leadscrews can have 1, 2 or 5 starts, and are available with leads ranging from 2mm up to 25mm.

C45 Carbon Steel (1.0503/EN 10083-2)

These Trapezoidal Leadscrews are manufactured from C45 Carbon Steel, which has a surface hardness of approximately 250 HB. C45 Carbon Steel has a higher Carbon content than C15 Carbon Steel, making these Leadscrews harder, denser, and more resistant to wear than C15 Carbon Steel Trapezoidal Leadscrews.
