Metric A2 Stainless Steel Trapezoidal Leadscrews are designed for highly precise linear actuation. The 30° trapezoidal tooth profile of these components gives them greater tooth strength, resulting in enhanced load-bearing capabilities.

Trapezoidal Leadscrews are fully compatible with Accu's ranges of Trapezoidal Leadscrew Nuts.

Trapezoidal Leadscrew Metric Sizes

Trapezoidal Leadscrews in A2 Stainless Steel are available in a range of diameters from 10mm up to 80mm, and in lengths of between 200mm and 3000mm. Leads range from 2mm up to 10mm.

A2 Stainless Steel (1.4301/AISI 304)

Leadscrews within this range are manufactured from A2 grade Stainless Steel, which has a surface hardness of approximately 260 HB. A2 Stainless Steel is resistant to corrosion, but for enhanced corrosion resistance, an A4 Stainless Steel Trapezoidal Leadscrew may be more suitable.
